HDR Photography Classes

HDR or High Dynamic Range Photography is a specialised multi-exposure and post-production technique that I teach privately and through CCE from time to time.
HDR requires the photographer to make three [or more] bracketed exposures of the same scene, preferably with the use of a tripod. These are then merged together using some very clever software to produce an image that has an apparent dynamic range that far exceeds what you'd normally be able to capture with just one shot.
Using HDR software is both easy, and hard. Like everything to do with photo editing, it relies on how much experience you have had, your shooting skills, your vision for the image you are working on, and the time allowed for the editing process. Here are a couple of my personal favourites:

After Jeffrey Smart. HDR, Sydney city backstreets. By Robin Nichols
Abandoned car, Havana, HDR by Robin Nichols
HDR of the Hikawa Maru, a Japanese ocean liner from 1929 (now a museum) which is moored in Yokahama Bay, outside of Tokyo

  1. hello,
Male sexual enhancement products such as herbal dietary aids have bombarded many supermarkets and corner stores. But do these products really do sexual enhancement or are these used merely as placebo effect?
